Travis Scott’s Fortnite concerts over the weekend of April 24-26, 2020 drew an incredible number of players around the world.
More than 27.7 million unique players attended the first game concert. Combined, the five shows drew an audience of 45.8 million. Thursday night’s concert set a new record with 12.3 million concurrent players.
The previous record belonged to DJ Marshmello, who drew 10.7 million users at his 2019 Fortnite virtual concert.
Travis Scott was announced as one of the headliners for Coachella 2020, which was moved from April to October. Instead, fans could see an image of Travis Scott in the virtual space from April 24-26, 2020.
The set list for the concert included “Sicko Mode” and “Stargazing” from the 2018 Astroworld album, “Goosebumps” from his 2016 album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, the single “Highest in the Room” and a brand new track “The Scotts” featuring Kid Cudi.
